I assembled this myself. I used zip ties to hold it together and then tightened the bolts. I would recommend two people assemble the chair but it can be done easily with a little ingenuity. I am not strong and managed just fine. I left the zip ties on for added support. One plastic wrap around the bar was torn but I zip tied that down too so it wouldn’t unravel. The chair is beautiful and very very comfortable. The head pillow supports your neck perfectly. The chair is large enough for me to sit cross legged inside. I am 180 lbs and 5’7” I wanted a chair you be could climb into and not just sit in. I would give it 5 stars but that one small part of the wrap was ripped.I love these chairs...I ordered one and loved it so much that I ordered a second...first was very good, but the second one had webbing that wasn't secured and coming unwrapped...I taped it with electrical black tape and seems to be okay and not too noticeable....I still like the first one best....shipping was faster than I thought and I loved that! Best piece of patio furniture I have ever bought!We’ve been using this chair for a couple of days since I finally got it assembled.The chair is very solid and comfortable, but it took more BS to get to this point than it should have for what the chair cost.Base:Materials and finish on the base components are good, no complaints.Fasteners and assembly on the base, no problems with the basic assembly, everything went together fine.The plastic caps that cover the screw heads after assembly were worthless. About half of them either will not snap on at all, or pop off after a few seconds.. I just left them all off. Bad design and needs improvement.Chair Basket:The materials and finish seem ok. The webbing appears properly installed (time will tell on durability), and the frame seems of appropriately heavy gauge.Fasteners and assembly on the chair basket.. this is where the problems came.The assembly process is pretty fiddly but quite do-able with some patience. As expected at this price point.The fasteners though are of terrible quality.Poorly formed threads on the screws were a nuisance, but the cap screws (acorn nuts) were just JUNK.Missing threads on some, others stripping out with light hand tools use… I stopped halfway through assembling the basket as it was a disaster.I contacted the seller and they were quick to respond.. replacement fasteners would be shipped from the factory, would take at least a week.I decided to not wait on more potentially terrible acorn nuts and ordered some proper ones from McMaster Carr in hopes the factory screws would be usable.It took some time and a lot of patience because of the poor threads on the screws (very easy to cross-thread when starting the nuts), but once I got my new nuts to start on the screws, everything tightened up fine.Note: I used loctite 242 on all of the fasteners to prevent loosening over time.Chair seems nice once assembled, just beware of these issues.So pretty and comfortable. Very happy with item.The swing is spacious and very comfortable! It easily fits two people.The customer service by the vendor was excellent.Originally the product was delayed and when it arrived there were a few parts missing. I worked with Haroon in customer service and not only did they compensate me for the swing, they also shipped me the missing parts via expedited shipping. We are now enjoy this swing and loving it!I would definitely buy products from JoyBase in the future.
