Looks just like it does in the picture and is very sturdy. I love this chair!It's a shame this chair has this very strong smell issue because it is gorgeous, comfortable and so soft! But as we unboxed it, this smell was overwhelming, but we thought it would go away with time. It's been almost 2 months and the smell is as strong as when it came the first time. We sleep with this smell all night. My husband is now having respiratory issues since we've had it in our bedroom. Unfortunately the cut off time to return it passed, so now I may just have to toss it. I prefer to throw it away than have health complications because of it.UPDATE: I have never gotten such an attention from a seller to make sure I’m feeling ok after my experience. To be honest, that to me is worth sooo much. This product may not have been for me, but this seller will sure get my attention on future purchases, I will look forward to purchasing from them. I am changing the stars from 2 to 4... Wonderful customer service. ❤️Not as bright of a pink as I was expecting and not quite as comfortable as I was hoping but it will work.First of all, I just want to say a huge thank you to the company. I ordered the white chair and it was absolutely beautiful, the white (more cream) velvet material was absolutely stunning and the gold accents was just superb. Well, unfortunately, because I’m a curvy girl, my back just didn’t sit well with the chair. I decided to return it and the company reached out to me and said they could compensate me $20 for this issue and I can keep the chair, but I said no. And they immediately refunded me all my money but said I could keep or away give the chair because it’s too expensive to ship back. I feel horrible they’re letting me keep the chair. I’m utterly speechless at their customer response and all within 5 hours. I’m giving them 5 stars because the product is amazing and if your curvy, this might not be a good chair for you. Overall, amazing customer service and great product.Was looking for a chair upgrade that would offer some more support for my back, and decided on this one. It's a really nice cream/ivory color and the hardware is a nice yellow gold. It arrived in perfect condition, and was easy to put together, with clear instructions, all parts present, etc. Super comfy to sit in and my cat agrees :) I use this for wfh and for 8 hours a day, it's a good choice.Also! The customer service is superb. FedEx didn't update the tracking info and showed the chair as not-yet-delivered for a week after I'd already received it. The seller noticed this and reached out to me to make sure everything was okay, see if I'd gotten it yet, if I needed anything, etc. I really appreciated the proactive approach even though everything was fine. Would buy from again :)Purchased for my craft room initially but discovered that it DOES NOT recline. This didn't really matter since I was always sitting hunkered over my desk weeding projects. But I just moved it to my office where it sits a bit higher than my other very deluxe office chair and the color actually blended better in my office than my craft room. I tend to put my feet up on the legs for rest but these legs have a soft curve at the end that my feet tend to slide down.Overall, it has worked out very well as my office chair as it has very good back support for the long hours I spend at my computer. LOVE the color! And the cushioning is very good as well! Very soft materials.The chair looks beautiful. It's comfortable but I work from home and the bottom doesn't feel like it will support a full time schedule for long. It's thick and comfortable but feels like it will start to cave in sooner than later. It was also missing hardware and I was unable to have the hardware sent to me. My only option was to return the chair which was annoying to me. I found the right size hardware at home that I needed. It does smell bad. I'm hoping it will dissipate. Overall it's comfy and cute. I hope it lasts a long timeLove that it was easy to assemble and the instructions were also. It's very fashionable as well as comfortable
