One feature that I liked the reason and I purchased this chair for was the fact that the arms are able to move up and down so it could be considered an armless chair however when you want the arms you can and move them down. The seat is very comfortable I can sit for hours. Also tilts back. The back is supportive lumbar however the plastic piece is not very movable and you cannot adjust the lumbar too much it’s the only reason why I would give it a back support four star but overall all it is a great chair. Rolls around smoothly here on hardwood floors I do not see where it leaves any types of scuffs or marks. Has a smooth swivel and it goes up and down smoothly. Assembly was very easy you didn’t need to get any type of tools for the instructions were easy to follow with pictures they provided with an Allen wrench for are the screws and extra screws for each type of screw there’s two lengths of screws the wheels actually might’ve been the hardest part just to take and get in you need to press firmly when I was assembling it it was a bit awkward with the plane the back to the seat but that may have been just us because I was not being smart and being lazy by working on the floor. overall assembly was easy.It worth the price. It has simple apperance but comfort.Especially I like the seat pad, which is not too soft, nor too solid...comfort. I like that!This chair has definitely met/exceeded my expectations so far - it's been 2 weeks. I was on a hard wooden or plastic chair for over 2 years working from home. Went on vacation for 2 weeks and realized my hips had stopped hurting and were less tight. So I bought this chair. I think my hips are a little less tight, I don't feel low back pain when I'm sitting in it, and my butt doesn't hurt! In a hard chair I would constantly think about my butt because it would hurt. This chair cushion is firm but has enough give, so I don't think about my butt at all! I am probably in the minority but I would have actually preferred a more vertical back support, considering I'm always reaching forward to use the mouse or type. I'll also note that I am 5'7, 120 lbs and have narrow hips (reference pics to see how I fit in chair). If you have wider hips or a bigger frame in general this chair might be too small. I definitely wouldn't call it a "child's chair" like one of the other reviewers mentioned though. Super comfortable for sitting with one or both legs up on the seat. Would recommend!I love this chair. I only gave it 4/5 because the seat itself isn’t as comfy, but I got this chair for back pain, not butt pain. The reclining option makes my back feel so good and I can sit for hours without my lower back being in pain. I might consider getting a cushion for the seat, but it’s really not a big deal. I like to sometimes sit criss-crossed on this chair too, and I’m not a tiny person, but the raisable arms make it possible! Great purchase. I hope it holds up overtime.I thought the chair was reasonably priced and it has been pretty good so far. I have a bad lower back so ideally, the more expensive alternatives would be best but the reality is my wallet can’t afford it. My office chair is much better but it’s at the office and belongs to the company I work for. Working from home has had its advantages but this is not one. Finding an affordable home office chair without spending a lot has been a challenge but this seems to be adequate. I can sit for about 3 to 4 hours at a time before I have to hang on my inversion table to take away some of my lower back pressure. It’s the best I can manage when I’m not in the office.Easiest chair I’ve ever assembled. Seat is stiff at first, but breaks in. I love the back support and tilt/rocking. Everything is great! The look is nice, too!This product was super quick and easy to assemble! The recline is great and you can lock it down if you don’t want it to lean back. The back support is fantastic and I love that it is adjustable! The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the seat cushion is much firmer than I thought it was going to be. Maybe it will get better with time though.I’ve purchased so many chairs for my husband’s home office, high end leather chairs, ergonomic chairs, adjustable height etc. Shopped everywhere from office supply chains to luxury furniture stores, trying to find that perfect chair for him since he works long hours. Guess what? I found it! He LOVES THIS ONE! It was easy to assemble & the lumbar + recline is awesome!I found it really difficult to choose a chair, scrolling through hundreds without being able to test them out, worrying about the build quality & not knowing how much I wanted to spend. I eventually opted for this chair because I liked the look of the company. I am not disappointed. It was the easiest chair I have ever assembled: most of it was just a gentle push together; the screw holes aligned perfectly; screws came already separated into their compartments; there was nothing in the way of turning your allen key 360 degrees. It took 10 mins. A nice Japanese touch is it came with some tiny gloves for those that don't want to get their hands dirty (even though all parts were super clean). The quality is very good: Nothing wobbles; a firm supportive cushion that was pleasingly sized; smooth silent castors. And I find it comfortable and supportive - I am six foot and 13 stone. It is the cheaper entry level chair for this company so what it doesn't have is the myriad ways of adjusting it but I find it has all that I need. Most importantly for me I could adjust the lumber support to exactly the spot I need to support my lower back. All in all, I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Feels great value for money.Very nice and comfortable chair. As I work from home I use it around 9 hours per day. No back pain, has enough lumbar support, the hand rest is steady, seat pillow firm enough. I did a research before I bought this chair for a couple of days. When I receive it I thought I did a mistake as it’s a bit pricey And looked quiet simple but now after one month of use I can confirm that it’s very good quality.Spent a very long time searching for a decent chair to buy for WFH.After months of looking at loads of different types and styles, I finally settled on this one.It's aesthetically pleasing and looks VERY premium, especially considering the cost.But the quality doesn't end with the looks, the build is solid too. Every part (castors, gas strut etc) carry a nice weight and feel sturdy too.The foam base is firm, supportive and comfortable, but when I say firm, I don't mean rock solid. It's the right balance.Extremely happy with this chair!I really love this chair, it has improved my sitting position and posture greatly. I have been working from home for the past year and was using an old faux leather executive chair that has progressively given me a sore back and shoulder.
