Description

Product Description Sit comfortably anywhere you go in the Coleman Woodsman II Folding Chair. Made from durable aluminum and polyester, this portable camping chair supports up to 225 pounds. Amazon.com Ideal for sporting events, camping, and other outdoor activities, the Coleman Woodsman II chair provides convenient seating in a classic design you can take anywhere. The Woodsman II is made of sturdy powder-coated aluminum that supports up to 225 pounds, helping it hold up to heavy use. The chair is also extremely comfortable, with a cloth seat and wide back. Best of all, the chair folds down like a stool and weighs only 1.78 pounds, so it's easy to pack the Woodsman II and take it camping, to a friend's house, or out in the backyard. About Coleman More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark. In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come.

Light, easy to use. Perfect for long lines when it’s hard to stand or when camping. Folds flat. Sturdy, good quolity.Probably good but I have not used it yetI bought this chair for my 89 year old dad to bring to the cemetery when he visits my recently decreased mom. It works perfectly. Would not be the most comfortable to sit in for hours, but for 1/2 hour / 45 minutes, my dad says it works great. We bought these over 20 years ago to use in our pop-up camper. They fold up small and are light weight - fit just about anywhere. The stitching finally gave way after over 20 years of use and being out in the sun and rain. You can't ask for better quality.Good chair, well made, but with my large self the feet will penetrate the ground if soft. A cross connect to each side would help.Easy to use, very comfortable and sturdy.Easy to carry.lightweight.could of been alittle bigger. The good:Lightest weight camp chair I’ve found, without sacrificing sturdiness.Very easy to fold and unfold (purchased for a senior citizen with limited mobility so this is important).Bonus, it has a back! The bad:Extremely uncomfortable! We are smaller people so the height is fine, but it’s a really narrow seat and measured a full inch narrower than stated in the description. Thighs also rest on the steel bar across the front—ouch! No carry strap! Really? It’s a portable chair, not an especially cheap one, and they couldn’t include a basic handle? This and the back make it unwieldy to carry any distance even though light.Keeping it strictly to have as a backup in the trunk of my car. Got a stool with carry case that weighs an extra pound but is much more portable. Overall quality seems decent and this could be a great chair with a few design tweaks. My parents and I love going on long road trips. And these chairs have become the perfect partners for them on our road trips.Parents love to set up these chairs at the watch points in ghats to enjoy their cup of chai with the grand view of the valley or the sunset. These chairs have become a must-carry on all our trips to Goa to enjoy views from Amboli ghat. They enjoy these chairs--not only for the comfort they offer but also for their lightweight yet sturdy portability.I am happy with the product, and happier when my parents enjoy these chairs.I have a collection of outdoor seating options. Ultralight Foam sit pad to ultra expensive Snow Peak arm chair. This is my new favourite - packs up simply and FLAT. Light as, and offers some back support.Light to carry with you but for adults not very stable. Could tip over.Might be OK for younger smaller adult or older child who is able to keep it balanced. My wife uses this mini chair for her footcare business and it has proved itself to be sturdy and provides a good relief to sit back against the back rest when required. 5 stars. It’s a sturdy little chair. The only drawback is that the back is not adjustable and therefore offers little support. I can fix this with wedges to keep the back upright so will keep it, as I haven’t found anything else That suits.
