As advertised and great delivery time frame. Went to Staples where it was purchased and it took them 2 days to contact me that the pads were available but the whole arm pad and support bracket had to be ordered. did not know price and would be 6 weeks or more before they would know when it would come. Canceled order and went online and there they were.and would not have heard from Staples as of yet.I have been using them for over a month already. Very nice product and price. Better than original and only had to buy the arm pads. Thank you Amazon.
