We ordered 3 sets of this and all of the wheels were dirty like it was used. However we bought these brand new.We are very short and the armrests are very low so we have to stretch to rest our arms on them. Otherwise we very pleased with the comfort.Had to go to the hardware store and buy longer screws to put the arms on, too short to connect. Have one put together, working on other one.Arm rests are a little low, cushion isn't soft, just for info.. All in all, pleased with the chair especially for the price!We recently refinished our new deck and I wanted something that swivels, is comfortable and inexpensive since it would be outdoors a lot. I put both chairs together myself and when I got them done, family noticed one felt different in the seating than the other one. My husband turned it upside down and compared it to the other chair bottom and saw the error. The label was going the wrong direction which I didn't notice when I was putting the chairs together. It was removed and turned the other way and sat just like the first one. They are both holding up well and slide nicely across the deck when I want it too. A kid might find it to be like a toy, but not a good idea on a deck. The black chairs match the trim work on our home and deck, so it's a nice look too. If you want to dress the chairs up a bit with more color, add a pretty printed cushion in the seat and make them stand out. Our deck has a roof over it, so they are protected from sun and rain. They will be stored over winter in a building to keep them looking nice.We're happy with these chairs as they serve the need outdoors. I wouldn't want to use them on a cement floor as they could slide from you before being seated unless there's a rug under them. It warns that a heavy person is not suited for this size; it does look like a student size chair, but it's also wide enough seating for me and looks can be deceiving.The chairs were pretty simple to assemble and overall they are nice looking and comfortable. One chair is awesome in the sense that it makes no sound and can be easily adjusted. The other must have a defective dial that does not allow the back of the chair to rock back at all. It also makes clunking noises although everything is tightened. I am not exactly sure how one is great and the other defective since they're identical and the parts are clearly marked, but it definitely affects my view on the chairs. I hope this information is valuable to others.Watch the Video while you are assembling. Have a 2nd person hold the seat while you attach the arms, that's the hardest part. Each chair tooK about 20minutes to assemble. Contrary to comments these are not narrow seats. They are average. The cushion could be softer, I suggest a liner. Flex back is great and comfortable.
